Dulce river is located in the Province of Santiago del Estero, in the northwest region of Argentina.

Our operation is located in Loreto city, a few kilometers from the provincial capital.

In this area, the river has various structures for fishing Dorados in all techniques.

But above all this area is ideal for fly fishing and baitcast fishing.

This river can offer you unforgettable days, lots of action and captures. But it tends to be capricious and to capture some of its golden treasures can demand a lot of tenacity.

FISHING

Dorado forces us to be concentrated and attentive at all times, since in a fraction of a second we can see how a yellow flash attacks our artificial, surprising us and leaving us without the possibility of capturing it.

The Dulce river has a large number of structures (fallen trees, logs, ravines and more) that the dorados use to hunt their prey. And on those structures we will concentrate our casts to try to catch them and fishing in this river consists of making precise casts in those structures from the raft or catarafts

A highly dynamic fishing experience that requires precise casts as we float down the river in rafts.

The fishing season is from March to December, but it is during the spring (September, October and November) when the Dorados are most active. 

It is a destination to fish for 2, 3 or more days and that you can also combine with other destinations for dorado fishing in the Argentine

Or even combine it with trout fishing in Córdoba for a multi-species fishing experience in the same fishing trip.

ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is in a superior hotel, with comfortable facilities that allow a proper rest during the fishing days.

The hotel is located in the city of Loreto, close to the different starting points of our fishing days.
